"Our lives are like an orchestra; we're all playing different instruments."
Dieter F Uchtdorf
Keeping this quote in mind will help you find your own way through the maze that makes up our lives today. Everyone has their own unique role they play; some people play drums while others play guitars and so forth.
It's easy to get caught up in the noise that surrounds us daily. Whether it be social media, our jobs or schoolwork, everything can seem overwhelming and never-ending at times.
But what if there was a way to rise above all of this? What if we could take back control of our lives by living more intentionally? In order to live intentionally, it is important to have a plan for your life.
A plan includes being intentional about what you want in your career and relationships.
If you do not have a plan then you will find yourself living a life that has been planned out by someone else or just going with the flow of events that come up in everyday life.
It is important for each one of us to live intentionally and surround ourselves positive things that uplift our souls instead of bringing down our energy levels.
Here are some ways you can do just that: • Listen to songs/music that make you feel happy • Spend time with friends who build up your confidence • Be grateful for everything you have in life • Think positively • Look at yourself in the mirror every day and remind yourself how wonderful you are • Practice self-care every day • Make goals & work towards achieving it.
To live intentionally, we need to focus on our future. It's not always easy but it pays off in the end when we are living for ourselves and no one else because that way lies madness - literally! There is nothing wrong with taking steps towards achieving our goals today or tomorrow; however, don't forget about who will be around later? Your kids maybe? So, start small by focusing first on your ministry (career) so they can see how their lives will be improved as well.
I hope this blog post has given you some helpful insights into how to live an intentional life. This can be difficult in today’s world, which is why it is important that we are mindful of the noise around us and refuse to engage with any discussions that are not productive or constructive.
We need to find outlets for all our pent-up energy like physical exercise, reading and writing. Most importantly finding time each day just to disconnect from everything and unplug.
If we allow ourselves to become overwhelmed by what's going on around us, then we will never have peace or happiness in our lives! So, try your best every single day - no matter what happens -to ignore the things you cannot control and focus on those you can!
